Our Rights

We have the right to refuse services to anyone if we feel we are being mistreated in any way, if the character is too complicated to create, or if there are any copyright problems. We have a lot of animals in our labs and we are not responsible for any allergic reactions. If a customer has an allergy they should inform us and tell us how they would like us to proceed with their commission. We produce a wide variety of custom products that fit many people’s different personalities and not our own. We are not responsible for the actions of any individuals wearing or using our products. If a product is abandoned or not paid for fully after a month of the product’s completion, we have the right to sell, change, or claim ownership of the product. If we feel that the Terms and Conditions have been violated, we have the right to terminate a commission.

 

The Customer's Rights and Responsibilities

How you conduct yourself while wearing our products is your responsibility. It is the customer’s job to stay safe. The information you provide will be private and only pictures of your commission and any given name will be visible on our public website unless the Terms and Conditions have been violated. All products are used at the customers own risk. Atomic Mutations is not responsible for any product misuse. If a product is not functioning properly let us know so we can discuss repairs. If customers would like to change your experiment, they must tell us before construction begins. After we have started your experiment any changes will add to the price, only if the change can be done. Any product that requires a certain age must be proven valid before purchase. For certain products a DTD, or Duct Tape Dummy, is required from customers. Materials and shipping will be supplied and completed solely by the customer. Customers must be easy to communicate with at all times. If the customer will not be available they must let us know ahead of time. If for any reason the customer wishes to cancel their order, the original down payment is non refundable and Atomic Mutations will own the said product. Our products were created by us, and we will not tolerate false claims.

 

Quotes and Waitlist

Please do not send a quote request if you are not committed to getting a product or you know that you cannot afford it. After a commission has been confirmed, a final price quote will be available. A customer’s order is solidified only after depositing the 30% down payment. The 30% down payment is only required for products that cost over $300. Any product that costs less must be paid in full. Product completion is not always completed in experiment number order, and is completely up to the customer when their product is completed. A customer may reserve an experiment number, but if another customer becomes interested there will be a bid war to determine who gets that number.

 

Payments and Penalties

Payment plans are available starting at $200 a month and no less. All commissions that exceed the cost of $300 dollars require a down payment of 30%. Afterwards the rest must be paid in consistent payments until commission is paid off. If a customer fails to pay their payments on time all productions will stop until they are caught up. Each customer has at most 13 months to pay for their commission starting from when their commission is accepted. If at the end of 13 months we feel the customer is being irresponsible with their pay dates, we will drop their commission, refund their money (not including the 30% down payment) and claim ownership of the product and have the right to alter or sell it.

 

Shipping

Commissions will be mailed to whatever address is given to us in the order. We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or sent to the wrong location by others. Each commission has tracking and insurance on them. The customer is completely responsible for shipping their DTD.

Deadlines and Rush Orders

No order has an exact finish date as each product is handmade and requires our time, which is sometimes taken up by events and other circumstances. The best way to guarantee a faster product completion depends on how fast the customer makes their payments.  If a commission is needed before a certain time, customers can pay for a rush order to guarantee that their commission will be completed in a certain amount of time. Rush orders guarantee that an order will be completed in a certain amount of time after down payment has been received, but is not responsible for delays such as shipping, the customer picking up their commission, the customer not paying, or any other event that could take up time that we have no control over. The prices for rush orders are:

To be completed in 3 months=add 30% to the total price. The customer must pay 50% down payment, and the rest must be paid before the final week of the 3 months.

To be completed in 1 month=add 50% to the total price. The customer must pay 100% down payment and pay for rush shipping.

To be completed in 3 weeks=add 100% to the total price. The customer must pay 100% down payment and pay for rush shipping.

 

Abuse

Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate actions is classified as abuse and will not be tolerated. If a customer is seen as rude or abusive, they will be no longer allowed to access Atomic Mutations’ services. If we feel that a customer is being abusive, bad at communicating, not consistently paying, or constantly changing their mind on their commission we will cancel their order.

 

Retuns and Repairs

If a product is defective within a reasonable time, please contact us so that we can discuss repairs. If a product has been damaged or neglected, the customer will be charged whatever it costs to repair their product. If the product is unable to be repaired due to extreme damage and neglect, the product will be held until customer can pay to have their product shipped back. Products that are returned for repairs that smell bad or are dirty will not be repaired and will be held until customer can pay to have their product shipped back.
